Linda is a professional facilitator and civil engineer (water resources), specializing in community preparedness. She has assisted over 150 clients across the U.S. with emergency planning and resilience activities. Her work with communities includes climate action planning, public involvement and consensus building, as well as emergency exercises. Her projects have provided successful participation from multiple organizations (local, state and federal agencies as well as non-profits) and groups of 2 to 100+ participants. As the recent past chair of the American Water Works Association (AWWA) Emergency Preparedness and Security Committee, Linda serves as a national technical resource in utility emergency preparedness for all hazards. Linda also enjoys conducting team resilience training to create a positive work culture and maximize productivity and collaboration. 

Brenna has tackled every phase of an emergency, both as a leader in Emergency Management and as a first responder. From developing disaster plans and emergency exercises to suiting up for HazMat incidents and leading command centers through hurricanes and the COVID-19 pandemic, she knows what it means to be prepared. At Launch! her focus is on supporting clients in building emergency management programs with detailed plans, more robust training, and everything in between.
